About Shipping
Japan postal service information of delivery
We use EMS service which is provided Japan postal service. Delivery time depending on the postal service and customs conditions in each country. If you order our products, we will ship the item within 5 business days and provide our customer with tracking number of EMS.
Please take note that postal service of EMS is especailly congested between end of November to December because season of Christmas and New Years. Other than that, Flight delays at transit points,
customs inspects the item as a result additional times for delivery. Therefore, we recomend our customer order in plenty times because we cannot know correctly delivery date.
Ⅰ The designated postal operator of the United states (USPS) has informed us that the wildfires which have occurred in some areas of California and the severe winter weather which has struck some parts of Alaska in January have disrupted its operations. Consequently, delays will be experienced in the collection and delivery of all mail products.
There may also be delays in the arrival of mail sent to Japan from the same areas.

According to the report of Canada's designated postal operator, they will handle mail items that accumulated during the strike with priority, though considerable delays in mail delivery will continue for the time being and may last until the end of January 2025.
